The current era of international tribunals bears witness of the expansion of international personality and capacity, as well as international responsibility. This latter, expanded in a consolidated way, covers the responsibility of States, international organizations and individuals, as subjects of international law. The international adjudication of cases concerning genocide and crimes against humanity has shown that the responsibilities of individuals and of the State are complementary to each other, one cannot be dissociated from the other, they are interrelated. The approximations and convergences between the International Law of Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, International Refugee Law, also encompass today International Criminal Law.
