Abstract

Globalization as a phenomenon of global rapprochement, generating perspectives and streamlining the speed of information, especially through social networks, also makes its use a current means of illicit practices, spreading false news and commanding new means of exercising the policy that cause the need for discussion about the legality of its tools and the limits of that of the fundamental right to the expression of thought, freedom of expression. an analysis about ADPF 572 makes it possible to traverse concepts inherent to the new policy model through social networks, impacts on democracy and its limits for the purpose of protecting this legal asset through the ultimate ratio which is criminal law.
