Trata das acusações de violação da convenção contra o crime de genocídio, feitas mutuamente pela Croácia e pela Sérvia e julgadas pela Corte Internacional de Justiça. Dois precedentes são analisados com vistas a esclarecer a decisão da Corte, assim como os elementos que constituem o crime de genocídio.
