Abstract

This article describes the historical process concerning the emergence and consolidation of human rights. To this end, a bibliographic review on the subject was undertaken in order this process was and still is being developed, both at the international and national levels, given the multiple subjects involved in the struggles for realization of their needs or claims. The article analyzes some theoretical and practical aspects related to the problem of realization of human rights. Finally, after finishing an analysis of the historical framework and relevant political situation of human rights, it is concluded that a consistent way to overcome the negative overview that affects the full realization of fundamental human rights is to promote large investments in education human rights
