Abstract

Three different points of view regarding the “the exercise of rights to the city”. This is annulled when a “liquid” society (Bauman) segregates people which constitute a growing number of “disposable” individuals, which are isolated and cornered, creating enclaves of a “rich” class (Secchi), which restrains the common rights that everyone should have to the city. The solution is to create human and livable cities (Gehl), which favor the human interaction and communication.
